2.How to purchase from us ,the procedure?

A:It is easy to work with us ,procedure as below :

1)Send inquiry through website or to our support email:info@atmdots.com

2)We quote as per request.

3)You place order after we get agreement on offer.

4)We send PI with payment details(you can choose T/T ,western-union or paypal transfer).

5)We send your goods out immediately our accountants confirm your payment as per PI.

6)We offer tracking No. to you ,meanwhile ,we track till you receive your goods properly.

3.What about quality control?

A:We have strict requirement on quality control .

firstly we will test goods enter into our warehouse ,

secondly we will do double testing before sending goods out ,

thirdly we will used foams etc material to make good packing ,

fourthly all goods will be packed under cemara ,meanwhile ,all record will be kept half a year ,

Finally ,our forwarder is professional and trustful ,they will treat well for all our shipments.

4.How about warranty ?

A: We offer 3 months warranty for all goods buy from us ,beginning since goods are shipped out.If your warranty is out of 3 months ,pls do contact us still ,we will assist you to find the best solution if possible .

5.Payment term:

A:We accept T/T,Western-Union and Paypal transfer ,pls choose the one as per your condition.

6.Shipment term:

A:We will choose the best shipment term as per your orders ,surely you can use your own forwarder or ship to your another suppliers or else,either is acceptable by us ,we will assist you on it .
